Anneka - Owner & Instructor

I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. With a background in teaching classes, personal training and sports therapy, I bring a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of the body and how it moves. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals, whether that’s rehabilitation, injury prevention, building strength, losing weight or improving self-confidence.

I also work in education, training the next generation of Pilates instructors and sports therapists. I have over 10 years experience as a Lecturer in Further Education and I continue to work as an examiner and assessor within the quality assurance team of a major awarding body, as well as teaching within the private training sector.

I have now turned my passion into my very own studio, fulfilling a lifelong dream. I look forward to continuing what I love most: helping people better understand their bodies and empowering them to move well and feel confident.

Molly - Instructor

I’m a qualified Level 3 Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, currently working towards my Level 4 and small equipment qualifications. Alongside Pilates, I also teach dance and musical theatre, having graduated with a First Class degree in Musical Theatre from The Brighton Academy in July 2024. My passion for Pilates was cemented during my training, thanks to our principal and ballet teacher, who made Pilates and yoga a regular part of our fitness schedule.

I’m passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves through movement—physically and emotionally. I believe real progress comes when we shift our focus from aesthetics to how we feel, moving with care, kindness, and joy.

Amanda - Instructor

I’ve been teaching Reformer and Mat Pilates since 2018, with over six years of experience. I first discovered Pilates after struggling with back issues, and it completely changed how I felt in my body, stronger, more supported, and finally pain-free. I was lucky to have the opportunity to train and start teaching not long after.

I'm classically trained, and while I stay true to the original method, I enjoy incorporating contemporary exercises and extra challenges to keep classes varied and effective. My goal is to make Pilates inclusive and empowering for everyone, helping people build strength, improve mobility, and feel confident in how they move.

Shell - Instructor

I've been teaching for over 25 years within the Health and Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer, Studio Instructor, Yoga, Pilates and Reformer Teacher and am very versatile in my approach, as well as being a Sports Lecturer at Dudley College since 2003.

I love to educate all my participants with knowledge and use my expertise to provide a fun and safe workout offering adaptations where necessary for the needs of each individual, to understand how your body works and explore how to achieve goals and to listen to your body, to know what 'Good Pain' really means with professional support and guidance.

I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and hold a Level 3 Diploma in teaching Yoga.

Guided by a mind-body approach to fitness, I am passionate about helping people move in a mindful way while staying dynamic and strong. I believe reformer Pilates provides the perfect balance for this, so I am thrilled to be teaching at The Vault!

Bex - Instructor

I started practising Pilates when I left university and was amazed at how much it helped my strength and flexibility. Having misaligned knee joints, Pilates has helped exponentially with pain management over the years.

Fast forward a few years, and despite qualifying as a yoga teacher, I always had imposter syndrome about training in Pilates. However, with the confidence I’ve gained from yoga and Reformer, I’ve finally gone ahead with it! I can’t wait to share with you the strength, flexibility, and peace of mind this practice can give you!

Girvina - Instructor

With a strong academic background in Nutrition and a passion for movement, I bring a holistic approach to health and well-being. My journey into Pilates was driven by a desire to help people build strength, confidence and balance from the inside out.

By combining evidence based nutritional knowledge with mindful, functional movement, I aim to create sessions that not only strengthen the body but also enhance overall lifestyle and long-term wellness.

My teaching style focuses on alignment, control and building a strong foundation, whether you are new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice. I believe movement should feel empowering, accessible and sustainable- helping you move better, feel stronger and live healthier every day.

Aya - Instructor

I’ve been passionate about fitness and wellness from a young age. Over the years, Pilates became a huge part of my life and completely changed the way I move and feel. I love the challenge it brings, the discipline it builds and the quiet strength and confidence that comes with it. My teaching style is high energy, encouraging and motivating.

I’ll always push you to challenge yourself while making sure you feel supported throughout. For me, wellness is about feeling strong both physically and mentally, and creating an environment where people leave feeling empowered, uplifted and stronger than when they walked in.
